| | Apr 17, 2012 - For the last few weeks we have been conducting an experiment in school to see chicks hatch from their eggs. About 2 weeks ago, we put a few eggs in an incubator and the chicks are ready to hatch today and in the next couple of days. We are doing this so we can learn about the concept of a life cycle. Our school has put web cameras near the chicks so you can see them hatch. Some have already hatched and are moving around. Its really cool and fun. All this in Kindergarten, its great fun. Our teacher gave us a pretend egg too that I have brought home to take care of as well. Tomorrow is my friend Riya's birthday and so some of these chicks will share a birthday with her.
